João Marques has more than 20 years of experience in the areas of investment and financial advice.

He began his career in the banking sector, having worked with the main national banks in the area of Private Banking, where he advised clients with assets exceeding one million euros.

In 2019, she embraced the real estate sector, taking over the Commercial Management of a mediator specialized in the luxury segment. Since 2020, it acts as Investors Advisor in a French real estate fund with more than 4 billion euros under management. He currently collaborates with N2AM in the area of real estate asset management.

IT IS Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), with specialization in Property Finance and Investment, since 2022.

João has a degree in Management and has a MBA and several postgraduate degrees, carried out at institutions such as Faculdade de Economia do Porto (FEP), Porto Business School (PBS), Católica Porto Business School and ISCTE.

In the field of sustainable finance, she attended the intensive course in Sustainable Finance onto New SBE and obtained the certification CESGA (Certified ESG Analyst).
