Kizola Silva began his professional activity in November 2024, joining the financial area of N2AM, where she currently performs functions such as Financial Manager.

It has been supporting the areas of financial planning, budgetary control, Reporting and Decision support, with a special focus on the analysis of economic-financial data, preparation of financial statements and monitoring of performance indicators.

She is licensed in Economics pela Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa (UAL) and is currently attending Master in Financial Analysis in Instituto Superior de Contabilidade e Administração de Lisboa (ISCAL).

Throughout his training, he developed competencies in the areas of financial valuation, accounting and investment analysis, with a particular interest in project evaluation, financial markets and strategic management.
