Paula Sousa has extensive experience in the financial sector, having held leadership roles in some of the largest banks in Spain and Angola, in the areas of international operations, commercial, auditing and fraud, where she served as Director.

He was also Audit and Consulting Manager at one of the leading firms in the sector, collaborating with large business groups and banking institutions in Angola.

She has a degree in Business Management, an MBA in Management from Porto Business School and a postgraduate degree in Accounting and Auditing from the University of Minho.

She is a member of the Portuguese Institute of Internal Auditing (IPAI) and a candidate for international certification Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), as well as a member of Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE).
